May your practices be a light on your path…

When I want people to engage in these practices, I long for them to find deep peace and stability. I'm talking about the ancient inner arts, those that, as I mention in my book,‘My daily practices: create and strengthen your physical and mental routine to live life to the fullest‘', they allow you to get closer to your true essence, to the reality of things as they are, free from the erroneous perceptions that lead us to suffering.

These are ancient disciplines, taught throughout history by dedicated masters, true Bodhisattvas who have illuminated the path over time. From the depths of Yoga to the serene stillness of Meditation, from the energetic balance of Qi Gong to the ancient wisdom of Do-In. We learn to regulate our breath with Pranayama and refine our concentration and vision with Visual Yoga, in addition to other practices designed to nourish you both day and night.
It is also essential to take care of your sleep with prior rituals that stimulate the subconscious to work on positive and comforting thoughts, helping you to get a restorative seven hours of rest.

All you need to do is create a small practice suited to the precise moment in your life and the time of year, and stick to it for a few weeks.Discover the 30-minute daily morning practice at The Blue Tao and online)

Morning practice is a sacred space for reconnection through inner arts; your inner island, a place just for you where you connect with something much greater. It's a space that allows you to create distance between yourself and what's happening around you, between your true Self and your emotions. A refuge that doesn't let you react, but only act from a place of calm and love.

Thus, the days acquire a soft color and the perfume of spring flowers, and joy expands in your heart, allowing you to live each moment to the fullest.
