class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><p>\ud83d\udcab We really wanted to go back to our retreats now that you can enjoy a little bit of good weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2728 In our craft and health retreat you will start with a fantastic outdoor yoga class with views of the sea and the mountains taught by Marina, <a href=\"https:\/\/ondamarinaholistica.com\/en\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"www.ondamarinaholistica.com\">www.ondamarinaholistica.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2728 We will take a breakfast break that includes a wide variety of teas and fruit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2728After recovering new energy, we will start a cooking workshop of healthy sauces and dressings with Veronica, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alfartierracocida.com\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"www.alfartierracocida.com\">www.alfartierracocida.com<\/a>, to learn how to give a special taste to your food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then we will have a vegan paella outdoor and lovely chats and company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcabAfter a short break, we will have a pottery workshop, where you will learn how to use the lathe with Manuel, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alfartierracocida.com\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"www.alfartierracocida.com\">www.alfartierracocida.com<\/a>, and you will be able to make your own personalized pieces to take home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2728A nice healthy aperitif to recharge energies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2728 To conclude the day and go back home with renewed energies we will end with a Mindfulness practice surrounded by nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want
