Aware of the cycles in nature, we are able to act at the proper time, as well as knowing when to withdraw. Seeing ourselves in a larger context. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Living in a world of conflict there is only one way to be able to affirm peace inside and outside of us. Remembering to stay centered, through meditation<\/strong><\/em>, to maintain and support our inner balance. Being in the center we are able to channel tremendous power, mindful of the energies within and outside of us. Losing the balance and center we can fall into fear, fanaticism, sickness, depression, losing our inner truth, falling into conflict. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The Tao teaches us to flow into the events and circumstances but without getting trapped by them risking to forget who we truly are. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Seeing ourselves as part of something bigger. Acting for our wellbeing but also the one of the others and the Earth we live in (not upon!). <\/p>\n\n\n\n We have the tools for getting back home each time, the home of peace. Observing Nature<\/strong><\/em> and its cycles and considering yourself part of it and meditating<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Walk in Nature and observe the rhythm of your breath synchronized to the rhythm of the waves, the rustle of the wind, returning to the magic of oneness. Observing nature you find the way to constant peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meditate regularly <\/strong><\/em>to remember who you truly are.
