ALKALINE-FORMING NUTRITION 4 sessions
I eat just enough food to give me energy.

GUIDED MEDITATIONS 4 sessions
If I move away and the mind struggles,
I go back to the breath.

I lose myself and then find myself back through the happiness of this dance.
The real work is to live every phase as it is, in the Here and the Now.
During the meditation sessions I will teach you how not to get too far from your balance, and acquire the necessary skills to return to your center whenever needed. You will learn to maintain a long lasting emotional balance.
DETOX YOGA 4 sessions
I breath in the posture feeling and experiencing my tensions,

Yoga has an healing aspect that allow us taking care of our body through yoga postures. In this program I will guide you through specific sequences of postures working on the digestive and filtering organs to accompany the cleansing of whole system and bring it back to balance.
SHIATSU 4 sessions

It alleviates the pain and makes me feel as my most radiant self.
Infusing me with more awareness and presence.

- Shiatsu is an ancient Japanese technique based on Chinese Traditional Medicine and acupuncture points. It works with acupressure relying on the fingers on 12 lines -the 12 energy meridians that correspond to our organs and emotions.
- Shiatsu helps make a diagnosis of our health status, and define the procedure for bringing it back
- This treatment benefits the blood circulation, unlocks stagnated energy and brings oxygen to all cells.
- You will receive your session in the traditional Japanese way, on a comfortable mat placed on a bamboo tatami.
