Did you know that while you practice Utthita Trikonasana and Utthita Parsvakonasana, you are actually stimulating your Wood element, meridians of Gallbladder and Liver? Using your breath, while you exhale slowly, through your nose, using the diaphragm , you let your energy flow into these organs, strengthening the liver and calming all its emotional excesses: anger, excessive materialism, lack of trust, hyper-control on others, anger and fear kept inside, fury, lack of bravery, excessive sense of responsibility….
